SuperNova Sarah Daigle provides Cosmic healing sounds with Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls and other sacred instruments throughout the entire class including a lengthened Savasana.

Engaging in the limitless, synergistic powers of the Breath, Movement and Sound, allow Tara and Sarah to guide you through an Enlightening experience of discovering deeper levels of your potentials for self-healing while creating an environment for a more balanced Body, Heart & Mind.
