The Sound Temple, founded by Sarah Nova & SuperNova Energetics, is a labor of love. Since opening in April 2024, it has been a sanctuary for releasing the stresses of the outside world, calming the mind, relaxing the nervous system, rejuvenating the body, and guiding you back home to yourself—your truth, needs, and dreams.
