These are not 1 hour sessions like most people offer. These are in depth, 1.5-3hr sessions aimed at transformation and gifting you the tools and confidence to elevate your self-healing and self-creation journey.

WHAT IS AN ENERGY UPGRADE?
This individual experience creates time/space for us to place specific focus on your personal needs and helps to overcome old patterns / behaviors while feeling empowered and stable in moving forward into the new opportunities that await you.
These are two sessions combined as one.
We start with some talk therapy working through mental/emotional blocks, stress, trauma or insights on how to improve parts of your life. This part may include one or multiple of the following: mind-hacking (visualization + talk therapy + NLP), guidance & tips on ways to move forward with these changes, stress/anxiety relief techniques, plans of action for the future.
The second half includes an intuitive blend of Quantum/Reiki/Hands on Healing, Sacred Sound & Light Language Activations, Crystal Therapy and Aromatherapy.
It is possible to have physical pain disappear, to gain clarity and meaning to your past, present and future, gain a deeper connection to your higher Self, Special Gifts and more. We can also bring in focus on Stress / Anxiety Relief techniques if needed.
I dedicate extra time afterward to create a follow-up email with Reminders, How To’s & Soul hOMework to support you in moving forward (if needed).
