Eclipses can intensify the energies of the full moon, so it is important to brace your Self for potential uprise of heightened and erratic emotions. Do your best to breathe deeply into any feelings of restriction, resistance or fear. 

Breathing into these moments of dissonance in the moment helps us to face the facts of what is actually causing the discord, helping us to better understand our feelings. Understanding our feelings helps us to find the words and better communicate our feelings to others which allows a more possible resolution to take place. 

If we hold our breath, we are more apt to erupt like a volcano and cause more opportunities for all out war. Which at such a sensitive time of extreme change for the many, war is exactly what we want to rise beyond if we wish to evolve out of the historical patterns of human existence. 

This is a time of learning more about ourselves, our feelings, our behaviors and more about what our hearts desire to be surrounded in as a means to advance ourselves to the next best version of our existence. Anything out of alignment with true, unconditional love is bound to unhinge and fall away.
