Autumn Equinox marks a time of equal night and day and the transition as we begin to descend into the darkness of winter.
This is a time of life-contemplation, introspection, self-reflection. A time to celebrate who you are and what’s helped you get to where you are this year.
Equally, a time of realizing what might be draining you, not supporting you or holding you back, with a willingness to see it with truthful eyes and a openness to positive change.
This time together is an invitation to witness your truth, bask in the vibration in gratitude and acceptance for what is and what has been, and be willing to release the old to make space for what’s next - For our Self, each other and our community.

- Healthier food options can help our body’s grow into higher vibrations
- Think different types of salads, side dishes, main dishes. (If we all bring chips & dessert, we eat chips & desert 🙃)
- Please Label items: dairy, meat, nuts, potatoes, cranberry (this helps those w/severe allergies. We will have labels there if needed)
-No alcohol please
BRING:
🍁 Whatever you may need for 1/2 hour guided meditation with sound. We have a few mats/blankets available.
🍁 Layers - cold temp in one room, warm temp in the other. Think sweatshirt and socks & maybe blanket for meditation.
🍁 Potluck Food Item
🍁 Pen for writing intentions (we will have a few)

Downstairs on 1st Floor
a) Park in spots along the FRONT & LEFT SIDE of building on Bradeen St. You can also park in the large back parking lot if need be.
b) Enter through door on Bradeen Street
c) Go downstairs to your Right OR take elevator down to “1” floor
d) Walk all the way down the hallway. We are on the left.
