Veterans Sound Healing Meditation
We utilize sound vibrations to to bring Relief & Revival to the Body & Mind.
Simply lay / sit back and allow the powerful Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Toning & more to carry you into deep rest and rejuvenation.

Suggestions on WHAT TO BRING:
TO NOTE: These are not 100% necessary but can support you in having a more comfortable experience.
There are yoga mats & thicker mats for purchase & a few available to borrow.
a) Yoga mat or Cushioned Mat / something comfy to lay / sit on (there are a few mats & a couple chairs available for use. NEED A CHAIR? Contact Sarah to Reserve ahead of time to be sure we have one available.)
b) Pillows / bolster - for under the head, back or knees. Lower back pain = pillow under the knees; Snorer = Pillow under head/upper back can help open airways. Bring as many pillows, blankets and cushions you may need. (There are a few bolsters for use - suggested $1 donation to help w/laundry.) Ideas on how to set up Your Comfort Nest HERE.
c) Blanket or Layers for temperature changes. It's easier to rest when you are at a comfortable temp. (A few blankets to borrow)
d) Water flask / Drinking Water
Additional Suggestions:
e) Eye Cover - Eye Mask, scarf or something to cover your eyes (blocks out any light in the space and enhances your other sensories, including inner vision - sensory deprivation). Eye masks available for purchase.
f) Journal or something to write on/with for intention setting. Journals available in the wellness shop.
**Please AVOID:
*sleeping bags or any clothing that make a lot of noise
*cologne, perfumes or strong scents

a) Park in spots along the FRONT & LEFT SIDE of building on Bradeen St. You can also park in the large back parking lot if need be.
b) Enter through door on Bradeen Street
c) Go downstairs to your Right OR take elevator down to “1” floor
d) Walk all the way down the hallway. We are on the left.

*Sensitivity to Sound
*Tinnitus (Not a huge deal, it can actually bring relief, just know some frequencies can intensify the ringing at times)
*Hearing Aids
*Seizure Disorders
*Acute Mental Health Disorders

Please be advised - AGE REQUIREMENT:
This is a space of relaxation. If you wish to bring your child, please ask yourself if they can lay still for 60 minutes and rest with everyone else. If not, out of respect for everyone (including yourself), have your child pass on this one so you can rest.
If you still wish for your child to experience sound therapy, please contact me to discuss setting up one for children/parents in the future. Thank you for understanding!
