This level 1 class is the beginning class for those looking to start an energy healing practice, accelerate spiritual growth, connect to universal energy, and foster positive self care practice!

Upon completion the student will receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate, and will be attuned to level 1 Reiki Practitioner energy. 

In this class we will go over some of the history of Reiki, discuss the energy body, learn a self-care routine and how to give a Reiki session to your self, close friends and family. 

Class will be instructed and guided by John Hopp Jr and assisted by Sarah Daigle.

John gained level 1 certification in Usui Reiki in 2010 and leveled up to Reiki Master Teacher in 2013.
