Do We All Have Super Human Powers?

My Super Hero / Super Human Uniform. Lady Love.
(And yes, that was my blue Smurf hair way back when!)

Since I was a kid I just wanted everyone to love each other.

And then the world and all of its fears and illusions got to me and made me unlove myself.

I've been on a journey for many years to unveil, illuminate & activate that self-love that my temple and my soul deserve.

And I learn more and more about how to love myself through loving others.

Over time, I've discovered that I also learn a LOT about loving myself through my emotional reactions/responses and how those want to be expressed through me.

I don't know if it was growing up in the East Coast mentality, or if it's a thing across the world, but I was definitely programmed growing up thinking that my feelings were out of place, disrespectful, something to be ashamed of...was it this way for You, too?

Seriously though, as a Very emotionally charged being, I was constantly judged, made fun of and reprimanded from both adults and kids for my emotional outbursts.

And now being part of the "awakening" movement, there seems to be a gaslighting effect moving through the scene of
"love and light" or "good vibes only".

These types of mentalities, projections, behaviors really can make it quite challenging for one to feel safe expressing how they're feeling, and when we aren't able to express what we are feeling...well, look at the world...pent up emotion and lack of safety creates a very unstable world.

I've got a few messages to share with You:

Message 1:
It's okay to feel the feelings.

And yes, even the anger, agitation, frustration and impatience that seems to be running rampant through the collective recently.

Emotions / feelings are simply frequencies and states of being, they are fleeting if we allow them to surface and pass. They are an intelligence, a way that the body gets to communicate with us, guide us, help us to see our truth in the moment.

Message 2:
Feeling / Expressing our feelings & emotions isn't the only step. This also requires a mindfulness approach and a deep learning curve for most.

Emotions are a language. Just like learning any language, it takes time and practice to learn what they are saying.

Mindfulness is an important part of this process, because the awareness of these emotions, feelings and messages can help us find ways to let them move through in less abrasive ways, AND helps us to find solutions to negative emotional feedback loops.

Negative Emotional Feedback Loops = Emotional patterns that are literally repeating themselves over and over again through different scenarios in life, draining your energy and controlling your reactions.

Mindfulness helps us to Respond rather than React and use our emotions as navigational tools for creating a fulfilling life.

Message 3:
When we begin to understand our emotions a little more, it's an amazing journey to start finding words to express what these feelings/emotions are telling us.

Using kind and clear communication to express our needs, create our boundaries and honoring others' is an EPIC Revolution that I'm excited to see and experience more of!

Last but not least, Message 4:
While our emotions are not Who or What we are, they do help us to learn more about ourself and how/where we align in our world.

I truly feel that if we all claimed a little more time to get to know ourselves and each other, this world wouldn't be so divided. Rather, it would be united through originality.

I also feel that while the division amongst each other (and within ourselves) may seem to be growing wider, I really feel that we are on the right path....

the path to from separation to wholeness; from fear to love.

The emotions, feelings and thoughts that move through me might say otherwise some days, but all in all,

our hearts just want to love and be loved.
It's fear and the inability to see through that fear that confuses everything.

May we come back to our hearts. And may the sacred sounds 🎶 that I have been gifted to share help us get there.

I love you. All of you. Every piece of you. Light and dark. Happy and Sad.

You matter.

I found this song to be fitting as it popped up while I was writing this for You!

I Love You.
